If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

Service Description

Ceiling Fan Repair Pro connects homeowners and property owners with licensed electricians who specialize in Ceiling Fan Repair, replacement, repair, and wiring services throughout the United States. We serve as a service coordination platform and network manager. Individual Ceiling Fan Repair jobs are performed by independently licensed electricians who are members of our vetted professional network.

Eligibility

Our services are available to property owners and authorized occupants who are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By requesting a service appointment, you represent that you have legal authority to authorize electrical work at the property location provided.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments are scheduled subject to technician availability in your area.
• We request at least 2 hours of notice for any appointment cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Same-day appointments are offered subject to technician availability and are not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing and Payment

Ceiling Fan Repair Pro provides written flat-rate quotes prior to commencement of any Ceiling Fan Repair or service work. Quoted prices are binding when accepted by the customer. Additional charges may apply for:

• Unexpected structural conditions discovered during the repair (e.g., absence of joist access requiring alternative mounting solutions)
• Additional materials not covered in the original quote that are required to complete the work safely
• Scope changes requested by the customer after work has commenced

Any additional charges will be disclosed and approved by you before work proceeds. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.

90-Day Workmanship Warranty

All Ceiling Fan Repairs performed by Ceiling Fan Repair Pro network electricians are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty. This warranty covers defects in labor and repair technique but does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or modifications by third parties
• Manufacturer defects in the ceiling fan product itself (covered by manufacturer warranty)
• Damage from power surges, lightning strikes, or electrical events beyond our control
• Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ceiling Fan Repair Pro and its network electricians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service appointment shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific appointment.

Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide safe, clear access to the ceiling location where repair is to occur. You represent that your electrical panel is accessible and that you will disclose any known hazards or unusual conditions at the property prior to the technician’s arrival.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Ceiling Fan Repair Pro website, including text, images, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Ceiling Fan Repair Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

Ceiling Fan Repair Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
